The kitchen is large and fully equipped, and the dining area opens up to the living room which is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. Outside, there is a small terrace at garden level. The apartment is only accessible via stairs.

"Location is the key to any stay, particularly if it is brief. Here you are right in the centre and you miss nothing. This is a walking city and to be in the old town was perfect – the accommodation was memorable, high quality and very different. Nice kitchen but in this city you don't need to cook, ever! Perhaps you might want a view, but this cellar apartment, unusual in shape, was cozy on the one wet day and cool on the one hot day. The only anxiety was the door key situation, one key you dare not lose. With two people staying one key also limits independent movement. Would love to come back."

The Old Town is undoubtedly everyone's favorite destination (or rather, compilation of destinations) within the city, not only for its delicious pintxos bars but for its close proximity to inviting beaches and the thriving commercial centre of the city.

Around the flat there are shops, bars, supermarkets, etc. The traditional market 'Bretxa' is mere steps away, where you will find local farmers and vendors selling fresh, top quality products (the real secret of exceptional Basque cuisine).
