BAHIA is a vacation rental apartment located in the heart of the Old Town. It is located in the gastronomic centre of the city, making it an exceptional accommodation option for travelers who are eager to discover the many culinary delights and taste the countless world famous 'pintxos' of San Sebastian.

The apartment consists of 3 twin rooms, each of which includes 2 side-by-side beds. It is perfect for a group of friends who want to explore San Sebastian from an apartment located ideally close to several of the most attractive points of interest in the city. The living room is spacious, there are 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use.

The apartment faces a typical, picturesque Basque street and although it is located in the centre of the Old Town, it remains perfectly quiet throughout the night (thanks to the double-pane windows).

"Overall pretty happy with this apartment. Very comfortably slept 5 people. Location is conveniently located in the old part of town, though it's close to bars so the street gets loud enough at night that you have to sleep with the windows closed. People Rentals was on the whole easy to work with as a host - simple check in process, clear instructions, and we walked into a very clean apartment."

"This is a roomy, comfortable apartment one floor above street level in the midst of old town shops and restaurants. It's a great location for exploring Old Town as well as the harbor, promenade and other parts of the city. However, being in the center of Old Town means the street noise is quite loud on into the wee hours of the morning. Wifi works well in the common areas near the router but is virtually non-existent in the bedrooms. Clothes washer works great. There is no dryer, but a clothesline and pins are provided. The People Rentals office is a short walk from the train station, but a bit longer walk to the apartment (we took a taxi). Kudos to People Rentals personnel for being available by phone after hours to resolve an issue with the wifi password."

"The apartment is located in the center of the city, close to the main tapas & pintxos places. It is on the first floor and although it is well-isolated, it is still lively in the evening/night. We were required to get the key in the office of the rental company which was located a bit outside of the downtown area. Still have a great time in this beautiful city!"

"Sandra, from People Rentals was my main contact. She was a delight to meet and communicate with before our arrival and upon arrival. She answered any emails I had with detail and in good time. Our flight was late, the driver she booked was waiting for us, but our luggage did not make it that night. Sandra completely supported and helped expedite getting our bags to the apartment the next day. Thanks a million for that! Check in was easy, she showed us the lay of the land with a map and good food info and we were off to a marvellous trip! The apartment was in the PERFECT location. It was very big and clean. It was not full of light, but those walls are thick and with narrow streets that is typical. A bonus, having 2 bathrooms, handy for 2 friends staying. It was a mix of old furnishings and Ikea. For me it could use a bit of a personal touch here with some unique decor accessories, an updated TV and music docking station. The living room was my favourite spot to relax in. The kitchen had everything needed to cook or just warm up food. The building itself was quiet, but at times the narrow pedestrian street would get noisy during the night. Nothing ear plugs or ambient sound did not fix. Overall a superb place to stay in the great location to make a trip a total success!"

The Old Town is undoubtedly everyone's favorite destination (or rather, compilation of destinations) within the city, not only for its delicious pintxos bars but for its close proximity to inviting beaches and the thriving commercial centre of the city.

Around the flat there are shops, bars, supermarkets, etc. The traditional market 'Bretxa' is mere steps away, where you will find local farmers and vendors selling fresh, top quality products (the real secret of exceptional Basque cuisine).

We discourage the use of a car, as parking around the city can be difficult and everything is easily within walking distance.
